Willkommen to my German Kitchen!

Hi! My name is Davia, and I am so happy that you are here on my German Food& Culture Blog. My goal is for YOU to fall in love with the delicious flavors and rich traditions associated with each dish. From freshly baked Laugen Bretzels (lye pretzels) and tender cakes to traditional dishes like Rouladen or Spätzle.

I also will share about upcoming in person classes and times where you will be able to catch me at the Burlington County Farmers Market.

Our Stay at a Horse Farm on Lake Chiemsee in Baveria one of our favorite places to visit and just under an hour away from Salzburg Austria.

"Welcome" in German means Willkommen—a word I display on my sign at each farmers' market. My passion for baking and my love for Germany inspired this space, where I can share my favorite recipes with you.

Through my experiences at the markets, I found that my greatest joy was not just in selling baked goods, but in being part of a community that appreciates my German culture and is eager to learn more.
