You’ll make a French Lemon Tart and a French Almond & Apple Tart, showcasing spelt flour’s unique flavor. We’ll also whip fresh cream to serve with the tarts and enjoy them with coffee & tea, including decaf options.

    Learn how to make Tiramisu completely from scratch! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to make the essential lady fingers and creamy mascarpone layer that make this classic Italian dessert irresistible. Throughout the session, we’ll share favorite tips and tricks on how to serve Tiramisu like a pro.
